After stints on Top Chef and as executive chef at ENO Restaurant and Wine Bar in Atlanta, Eli Kirshtein steps out with the highly anticipated opening of the Luminary. With his wife, Andrea, executive pastry chef at Richard Blais’s the Spence, Kirshtein will showcase modern American fare that’s soon to be the talk of the town.
