After working for David Bouley’s acclaimed restaurant empire, Todd Duplechan and Jessica Maher branched out to create their own masterpiece, Lenoir. Named for the French grape varietal that has adapted to Texas soil, the husband-and-wife duo’s bohemian yet elegant eatery earned a coveted spot on Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants list in 2012.
