At the newly opened BRONWYN, über-talented chef Tim Wiechmann celebrates the food and drink of his native Germany. The restaurant’s rustic, European tavern vibe is reflected in a menu that features handmade sausages, giant Brezeln​ from the in-house bakery, and regional specialties such as Riesling sauerkraut, all crafted with the chef’s signature finesse.
