Raise a glass to the lads, the lasses—and of course, the Haggis—at this annual celebration of Robert Burns, Nobel poet laureate of Scotland. On this boisterous evening, Scottish chef John Hutt from the Museum of Food and Drink in Brooklyn and master of ceremonies Keith Jolly will lead us in the festivities as we reflect on Scottish cuisine through the centuries.
