Celebrated after the fall harvest and before the new planting season, the Chinese New Year is marked by elaborate ceremonies, festive parades, and a large banquet in honor of one’s ancestors. Join us as acclaimed chef Richard Hales helps us ring in the Year of the Sheep with a spectacular feast.
