To celebrate Loy Krathong, Thailand’s lunar festival known for its beautiful floating baskets, we’ve tapped none other than Nikky Phinyawatana, celebrated chef and owner of some of Texas’s most acclaimed Thai eateries. Phinyawatana, a Bangkok native, will share her innovative interpretations of Asian culinary traditions at this dazzling dinner.
