Get ’em while you can: it’s softshell crab season, which means it’s time for our beloved annual homage to the crave-worthy crustacean. This year seafood savant Chris Siversen of Maritime Parc will be crafting a blowout feast featuring the limited-time-only delicacy in each savory course.
