It’s peach season below the Mason-Dixon Line, and South Carolina chef Brandon Velie is so inspired by its abundance that he’s created an entire tasting menu devoted to the local bounty. Drawing from his passion for Southern cooking, Velie has written an edible homage to the quintessential summer fruit.
