Spring is almost here, bringing with it such a gorgeous palette of fruits, vegetables, and hope to our hearts. Plant-based meals can be beneficial for our bodies and the planet. With that in mind, we’ve enlisted a talented group of Vegas-based chefs who will teach us how to turn our favorite dishes into plant-based sensations, from sushi to street food and sweets.
