Michael Adé Elégbèdé

ÌTÀN, Lagos, Nigeria

At ÌTÀN, his event space and culinary studio in Lagos, chef Michael Adé Elégbèdé combines his Nigerian heritage with skills honed at fine-dining meccas like Eleven Madison Park to create modern, elevated takes on traditional dishes. A third-generation chef, Elégbèdé has returned to his home country to explore its foodways and tell the edible story of Nigeria’s past, present, and future.
