Join JBF Greens and One Off Hospitality Group at Anker as chef AJ Walker teams up with Dennis Bernard of The Publican and Joe Frietze of Publican Quality Meats for a multi-course dinner featuring sustainable meat dishes and seasonal farmhouse fare.
To complement the dinner, beer director Adam Vavrick will expertly pair Ommegang beers with each course, and executive pastry chef Erika Chan will serve up a sweet finale.
