Since it opened in 2001, Kyma in Atlanta has become one of the nation’s most celebrated Greek restaurants. We’ve tapped Kyma’s veteran executive chef Pano Karatassos to craft a Beard House dinner that pays homage to his French training, Southern roots, and, of course, the flavors and traditions of his Greek heritage.
