Come meet the powerhouse team of women behind Jams, the swanky revamp of JBF Award winner Jonathan Waxman’s temple to California cuisine located in the modern 1 Hotel Central Park. Known for its contemporary American cooking and seasonal ethos, this new iteration is helmed by executive chef Ginger Pierce and pastry chef Heather Miller, two dynamite chefs who are introducing a whole new generation of diners to its vibrant, vegetable-driven dishes.
