Come meet the powerhouse team of women behind Jams, the swanky revamp of JBF Award winner Jonathan Waxman’s temple to California cuisine located in the modern 1 Hotel Central Park. Known for its contemporary American cooking and seasonal ethos, this new iteration is helmed by Heather Miller and Ginger Pierce, two dynamite chefs who are introducing a whole new generation of diners to its vibrant, vegetable-driven dishes.

Roasted Long Island Duck Breast with Herbed Spring Leek Purée, Asparagus, Sugar Snap Peas, Turnip, Spring Onion, and Pickled Peppers
