JBF AWARD WINNEREric Ripert
"32 Yolks: From My Mother's Table to Working the Line"
With multiple James Beard Awards and Michelin stars, Le Bernadin’s Eric Ripert is a culinary superstar whose cooking garners accolades the world over. But he wasn’t always the picture of kitchen poise and elegance he is today—Ripert faced a long and tough road on the way to becoming a culinary icon. In his new memoir, 32 Yolks: From My Mother's Table to Working the Line, Ripert traces his journey from a troubled childhood in the south of France to the kitchens of luminaries like Joël Robuchon to his arrival in the U.S., revealing a journey of self-discovery that helped make him the chef he is today
