Executive chef (and JBF Smart Catch leader) Christopher Cryer will collaborate with Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. to create a delicious meal showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to highlighting local and underutilized species.
Greens will enjoy the best of the season’s catch paired with sustainable wines from New Zealand followed by a sweet finale from pastry chef Hector Guevara.

Smart Catch is an educational program created by chefs for chefs with the purpose of increasing the sustainability of the seafood supply chain. With more than 90 percent of the world's fisheries either fully fished or overfished, preserving marine life to assure stable fishing stocks and promoting sustainably farmed options is more important than ever.
