Who better to lead a decadent black truffle tour than Top Chef winner Nicholas Elmi, a Le Bec-Fin alum whose modern bistro Laurel draws raves from Philly critics? Put yourself in Elmi’s expert hands for this winter indulgence as he returns to the Beard House.

Forged in Friendship

Last winter, Bryan Gregg and Evan Hennessey joined forces for a regional feast covering land and sea at the Beard House. This year, they’ve enlisted a talented troupe of like-minded culinary comrades from up and down the East Coast to present an evening of inventive, locavore-friendly fare.

In support of the James Beard Foundation's work in advancing women in the culinary industry, Tiburon Tavern is proudly hosting Women in the Kitchen: Celebrating the JBF Women Entrepreneur Program. This walk-around tasting features Award-winning women chefs and restaurateurs from across the country. It marks the kick off of JBF's new Women Entrepreneur Leadership Program and Fellowship.

Damien O’Donnell earned his chops cooking under JBF Award winner Roy Yamaguchi, who steered his student’s palate toward East Asia. Now at the helm of Hamptons hot spot Harbor Bistro, O’Donnell will highlight his signature style with outstanding Wölffer Estate wines at the Beard House.
