Collingswood eatery Hearthside faced a high bar from the get-go when Philadelphia Inquirer critic Craig LaBan called it a “game changer” shortly after opening. Join us as chef/owner Dominic Piperno, a Vernick Food & Drink alum, presents a sumptuous display of modern American cooking, all done in his signature wood-fired style.
